I initially joined this contest as I believe
Bruce and I are a great couple. We have
known each other 40+ years and married
for 32 years. e most important reason
for getting involved in this contest was to
donate our winnings to the Make A Wish
foundation. I have been a Wish Granter
for MAW for six years and $20K would go
a long way to having the children get their
wishes.
Bruce and I met at anksgiving dinner
in 1984, at my co-workers' house. We both
worked in Transportation, loved tequila
and played a mean game of Cat's Cradle
for about an hour! We dated for only two
weeks and then went our separate ways,
but I knew he was the man I wanted to
be with forever. We dated on and o and
nally in 1987, I moved into his condo. We
married on May 15, 1994.
We've lived here at FSTL since
November, 2017 and share the home with
my sister Flora Haus. We love traveling,
concerts and entertaining with family and
friends. Voting began July 6 and continues
through Sept. 10.
