58 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | AUGUST 2026 Afternoon Tea was the Crown Divas June event. The room was beautifully decorated with an eye-catching array of gorgeous colors. Hanging from chandeliers were aqua and lilac ornaments. Vibrant lavender and purple coverings adorned the tables and chairs. Colorful centerpieces were arranged and lovely plates and shining silverware dressed the tables. The Divas attire for afternoon tea nice dresses, elegant blouses or tailored trousers. Large wide-brimmed hats were worn and added glamour to the fashion. The menu for the afternoon tea was traditional. A green salad, three classic tiers: crustless finger sandwiches, warm scones with cream and jam; and bite-sized pastries. It is served alongside a pot of English tea. Our meal was catered by Kopper Kettle and once again delivered professional service. The officers served the Divas and guests. After our meal we posed for photos, met guests, and casually mingled with one another. This Diva event required more team work than some of our previous events. We had some great country music in May, fun pop music in June, great Motown/soul in July, and now it's time to "rock." Our Aug. 30, 7 pm concert will feature the Police Academy. Critics have hailed the Police Academy as the best Police tribute in America. From the moment the band takes the stage, the amphitheater will be transported back in time to the heyday of Sting, Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland. Their attention to detail is impeccable, from the f lawless renditions of hits like Roxanne and Message in a Bottle to the uncanny resemblance of each band member. It's like all of us at the amphitheater have been transported back in time and the Police and Sting have been brought to the Amphitheater for one unforgettable evening. Come on down to the Amphitheater on Sunday, Aug. 30 for some great music and "rocking" fun with our friends and neighbors. You may set-up your chairs on Saturday, Aug. 29 after 6 pm. Please, no blankets on the ground and do not move other people's chairs without permission. Feel free to bring drinks, but please remember glass bottles need to be in a cover for safety. The Bistro will be selling their usual treats, hamburgers, cheeseburgers and drinks. Remember to come and have fun.
