After his team completed their round, he unfortunately missed the Styrofoam scorecard deposit box. It landed in the locked mail cabinet. The Socrates Award went to Leo Pasco. As I was exiting the Pro Shop with a list of tournament players, I bumped into Leo who was also exiting with two donuts, one a cinnamon roll and an apple fritter, my favorites. After finishing my updated rules, I returned to grab a donut, you guessed it. There were none left! Our next contest is Aug. 13 and will be "Pick Your Own 4some." As with all Jack and Jill events you do not have to be a member of the Men's or Women's Golf Clubs to play. Just pick up your sticks and join us for the fun and friendly competition.
