Community Conversation: Second Wednesday of the month at 5
pm in th lounge. Board members will be available for this informal
question and answer get together.
HOA Sta: Available to answer questions about living in The
Colony, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm.
Your Board Members are also available by phone or email to
answer questions and address concerns (contact information is on
page 3).

Monthly General Session Board Meetings: Thursday, Aug. 20, at 2 pm in the
Auditorium.
To watch, please follow the prompts below:
1. Go to the Colony website.
2. Click on "RESIDENTS."
3. Login with Username and Password: first time users will have to sign up.
4. Go to "News and Media" and click on "Get the Latest."
5. You will then be on a page where you can click on "Watch the Latest Board
Meeting." Click on the ARROW to start the meeting.
Candidates Forum: Tuesday, Aug. 25, 5 to 8 pm in the Auditorium (usually over by
7 pm).
Annual Meeting of the Members and Election of the Board of Directors:
Thursday, Sept. 24.
