Resignation of Sharon Carlson, Emergency Preparedness Committee Board Liaison Gregg Ross announced the resignation of Chairperson Sharon Carlson from the Emergency Preparedness Committee. Sharon was a great asset to the committee and she will be missed. 2026 Pavement Rehab Project Director Gregg Ross presented proposals for the 2026 Pavement Rehabilitation Project from Eagle Paving LLC, JB Bostic LLC, Preferred Paving Company, and United Paving Company. e Board approved awarding the contract to Preferred Paving Company for $143,657, plus a $7,500 contingency, for a total amount not to exceed $151,157. Replacement of Cal Oaks and Nutmeg Entry Barrier Arm Operators and Installation of Red Light and Green Light Trac Systems at all (3) Gates Director Pat Kight presented proposals from Automatic Gate, InterAccess, and Superior Gate to replace the Cal Oaks and Nutmeg entry barrier arm operators and install red and green trac light systems at all three entry gates. e Board approved awarding the contract to Superior Gate in the amount of $24,570. Ratication - Replacement of the Nutmeg and Cal Oaks Exit Gate Operators Vice President Glenn Gerber presented the proposal from Superior Gate Services for Board approval to ratify the action taken by the Association's Management on June 3, 2026, to replace the gate operators at the Nutmeg Entry Gate and the Cal Oaks Exit Gate. Following discussion, the Board ratied the emergency repair at a cost of $9,980. Gate Repairs for the Nutmeg and Cal Oaks Gates Vice President Glenn Gerber presented a proposal from Superior Gate Services to perform necessary repairs and replace components at the Nutmeg Entry Gate, Cal Oaks Entry Gate, and Cal Oaks Exit Gate.
