It's summertime and it's a great time to dance. Here in Four Seasons we are lucky to have many opportunities to enjoy the dance floor. Music on the Plaza is in full swing and there are wonderful bands for us to enjoy and lots of dancing to do. If you would like to be able to join us dancing on the plaza, there are free line dance lessons in the ballroom every Tuesday afternoon starting at 2 pm. It's okay if you don't know how to dance. We will gladly teach you some easy dances so you can join us. No prior experience necessary. We are also looking forward to the fall when we will be part of a flash mob at the Temecula Mall with many other dance groups from our valley. Over 100 people have signed up and we have at least 20 people from Four Seasons who plan to take part. We are doing extra practices to learn these dances and are looking forward to the fun. Line dancing is great exercise and good for you. Physically, it's a gentle but effective workout. The repetitive steps help improve balance, coordination, and flexibility, all key factors in reducing the risk of falls. Because line dancing can be adapted to different ability levels, seniors can move at comfortable pace while still strengthening muscles and supporting joint health. It also provides light cardiovascular exercise which supports heart health without being overly strenuous. There are too many benefits to list. We look forward to dancing with you soon at one of the great social events here in Four Seasons. 24 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | AUGUST 2026 | Line Dance Join us every second and third Friday from 4 to 6 pm in the Aerobics Room.
