Event Planning Committee: Oktoberfest By Rick Crawford e Finance Committee continues to monitor FSTL nancials and is preparing to begin the 2027 budget process. Every month, we review each of the 92 accounts on the Income Statement. Additionally, we review the reserve account status for the 469 maintained assets, which are grouped into 17 summary accounts. Our HOA is on track to spend just over $2 million on operations, and another $450,000 from the reserves to maintain assets. at works out to be about $3,400 per home, which comes from homeowner assessments, the Reserve Account, as well as interest earned on investments. We continue to grow the Reserve Account with a projected contribution for the year of over $600,000, which will grow the reserves to just over $3 million. is makes the total annual budget about $2.7 million. Our Board continues to address issues discovered during the turnover of assets from the builder. Despite these challenges, the Board, with support from the committees, has kept spending within projections. Monthly assessments have remained reasonable thanks to the careful attention to detail of many fellow homeowners. finance Committee By Cheryl Adler, IEDC Chair e Interior/Exterior Design Committee (IEDC) is pleased to introduce itself to the residents of Four Seasons Terra Lago.
