6 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | OCTOBER 2026 from the interior recreation area used by homeowners. is option would likely require the least amount of fencing. is area is not close to any entrance gate to the community. e Green Creek Trail pocket park is a current open space immediately adjacent to one home and close to other homes. It would require fencing on all four sides. It could be located to the far east end of the pocket park, farthest from homes, however it would be closest to the Crooked Creek entrance gate. is area has the least amount of parking. e SC is not making any recommendations about the future possible reuse of the existing Canine Corral area. RECOMMENDATION: Of these three locations, the SC is recommending the Summit location be considered for a new o-leash area of approximately 5,120 sf (64' x 80'). is is considered to be the best choice because: has level existing turf area; is located away from entrance gates into the community; not adjacent to homes; adequate parking; within walking distance of many surrounding neighborhoods; requires the least amount of new fencing. See attached plan for the Summit O-Leash Area. Proposed new dog park location. Location South side of Summit grass area. See g 1. Description · Add new fence (shown in red of Fig 2.) · Add new outer self-closing gate and enclosure (shown as red box of Fig 2.) · Optionally add concrete walkway to maintain walking track (grey in Fig 2.) · Exact location of new fence TBD (approx. 75 feet north to south.) · Existing benches at canine corral would be relocated to minimize cost. Advantages of proposed location. · Existing grass and irrigation system · Existing parking. · Existing restrooms · Area is horizontal, unlike existing canine corral. · Existing fencing on 3 out of 4 sides of proposed area. · No houses directly overlooking. · Minimal visibility from Four Seasons Circle. Possible issues and their solutions. · Loss of existing walking track. · Solution: pour new concrete track section (shown in grey in Fig 2.) · Gardener's access · Solution: Add gate in new fence section for gardeners use only. · Existing fence slat spacing may be too wide to be secure for small dogs. · Solution: Add additional slats or mesh if required. · Reduction in grass area would impact volleyball or other possible uses.' · Solution: Remaining grass area is adequate for other uses. · Summit site security would be impacted. · Solution: ere would be no access from dog area to rear of summit site. Except for gardeners, so security is not impacted at all. · Neighbor impact for homeowners on Belterra. · Solution: e nearest houses have a ravine and two rows of trees between them and the site. Monarchs Green Belt The last homeowner input was regarding the temperature in the Ballroom. The Board has approved multiple settings in the room to accommodate the number of people for functions. For instance, the dance groups are moving and require a cooler temperature, so the thermostat is set lower. If there is a meeting and a large group of people will be present it will be lowered as well. Because it is a large room it does take some time to cool down. We also just replaced two units and are regulating where it needs to be set. We will continue to monitor the temperature. The other concern was the lights left on. Many of the rooms have auto sensors that will turn off the lights when there is no movement to avoid lights in little used rooms from staying on. The Board decisions thoughtfully researched and given careful consideration prior to making any decisions.
