Make sure the downspouts are free of obstructions as well, and the drains from the backyard to the front. DECORATIONS I wanted to put in a quick reminder that decorations can only be put up two weeks prior to a holiday and must be removed two weeks after. This would apply to the upcoming Halloween holiday. AGE VERIFICATION 2026 It's that time again! I know none of us are getting younger. We have sent out the Age Verification Form to all owners to complete. We have to do this every two years to keep the community age-qualified. Please make sure you return the form to the office as soon as you can before the end of October. FOB REPLACEMENT New FOBs are in as of the second week of September. If you need assistance with the phone app please come to The Lodge or RCN Office. As of this writing the pedestrian gates are still using the old FOB. Please check the website (https://www. fourseasonsbeaumont.org/maintenance-updates/)for updates on the change out of the system. We will also have updates on the Daily Report. AUGUST DOLLARS AND CENTS At the August Board meeting, the following projects and bids were approved. Please note in parentheses is the Committee that generated the proposal and then stating either an Operational expense which comes from this year's dues, or a Reserve expense. • Billiards Balls - $1,500 (Facilities/Operational) • Kings Canyon Tree Removals - $2,745 (Landscape/Operational) • Lodge Palm Tree Removals - $7,810 (Landscape/Operational) • Lodge Parking Lot Renovation - $4,083 (Landscape/Park West Credit) • Poplars behind Belterra Removal - $3,960 (Landscape/ Operational) • Shuffleboard Updates - $24,000 (Joint Committee/Reserve/ Operational/Park West Credit) • Table Cards - $1,300 (Management/Operational) • Tree Removals Fire Zone - $10,980 (Landscape/Operational) DAILY REPORT If you're not receiving Four Seasons Beaumont daily emails/Activities Blasts, email issues@fourseasonsbeaumont. org to have your email added to the list of recipients. Having your email on the list is especially important in order to receive warnings and updates related to emergencies in our area (example: June 2026 Shore Fire). REMINDERS A reminder I give at each Open Session Board Meeting is to slow down. Once you are home behind the gates, speeding or not stopping at stop signs will only "save" you a few seconds of time. Speed limits are 30 mph on the Circle, 25 mph on all side streets, and 15 mph in parking lots. Slow down and drive responsibly. Also, use the sidewalks if you're a pedestrian and wear white or reflective clothing when it's dark outside. Make sure to fob-in each and every time you enter a facility. One, it's the rule, and two, team members rotate through the different facilities and the person at the desk when you return might not be the one who was there originally and saw you fob-in the first time.
