Meet the Friendly Faces Who Serve You! Last month we introduced you to the hardworking team behind the scenes in the Bistro kitchen. This month, let's meet the friendly faces who make you feel welcome! Kevin grew up in the restaurant business as one of Francisco's sons. His passion is customer service and connecting with residents. He hopes to own a restaurant someday and enjoys bringing fresh ideas to the menu. Away from work, you'll find him hiking or catching a new movie. Maria is new to the Bistro but brings five years of waitressing experience. She loves helping people and is working hard to improve her English. Her greatest joy is her three children and three grandchildren. Sonia has worked in restaurants since she was 18 and brings decades of experience to our Bistro. She loves her customers and wants everyone to receive great service. Outside the Bistro, this talented cook and baker loves hiking, sunshine, wineries and making Mexican food. Kim has many years of restaurant and customer- service experience. Helping others is truly part of who she is — when she isn't at the Bistro, she works as a home-care provider. Her warm smile and welcoming attitude help make everyone feel at home.
