The Open Session Meeting is scheduled for Oct. 28, at 1 pm. Be on the Lookout For! Our Budget Committee should be wrapping up for our 2027 Budget. Please keep your eyes open for the Budget mailer to be sent out sometime this month or November for the membership. The Budget Packet will have all the relevant information regarding your association budget. Turf Removal Project We are finishing up the planting this month for the Turf Removal Project. We have mapped out the sustainability features of the project and the Landscape Committee has been involved from the inception of this project. We take pride in this project and can't wait for the plantings to grow into their mature sizes. Please keep in mind that the plants are young and will need time to establish and grow. Everything planted is planted with the California Meadows palette in mind. Sta Updates Maria Donti is celebrating her birthday this month. We are lucky to have such a dedicated staff member that really gets the hard job that no one is envious of. Maria oversees the enforcement, architectural, and landscape aspects of the community. She is such an asset for our staff and we are so proud that she is here with us. Final oughts I have been informed over and over again about residents not being safe when driving or riding bikes (e-bike and regular) throughout the community. Please keep in mind the we want to be safe and follow all speed signs and traffic signs like stop signs. We have a very active community and we want to make sure that we are safe.
