Move Your Body and Mind Aim for 150 minutes of moderate activity like brisk walking weekly to boost blood flow to the brain. To take mental and physical fitness further, join our Yoga Wellness classes. Seniors practicing regular yoga and focused breathing experience measurable improvements in attention spans, language, and memory recall as well as increased muscle tone, flexibility, and balance.
