TERRAMOR BEYOND THE GATES | FALL 2026 3 Special thanks and appreciation to all the Terramor Community Association Board Members who have served on our Board of Directors since the beginning of Terramor. Special thanks and recognition to Julie Showalter who recently retired from Board service after eight years, from 2018 to 2026. All our former Board Members have contributed to the foundation for the governance of our community. The Board and its policies continue in place. Our community has elected and the Board has seated its new members. We wish the Board and Board Members success as they serve on behalf of our community during final build-out, through our next phase of growth, and into the future. This election was an important milestone for our community. We have reached our next threshold of total number of closed homes and getting closer to build-out, thus have established a resident-majority board for the first time in our history. We also extend our sincere thanks to all past board members — both developer representatives and residents — for their hard work and dedication over the past eight-plus years. Transition and Leadership As the new board members, we are settling into our roles to work closely with residents and staff to oversee the Association. It will take a few months to understand our current standing, align as a new team, and lay the groundwork for our community's future health. During our first meeting after the election, we discussed officer assignments. Based on feedback from the community, the positions were reassigned with residents filling the title positions. Our final decisions were announced at the open session meeting on Aug. 25. A New Chapter for Terramor Looking Ahead We take our responsibilities seriously. We are dedicated to serving all residents with respect, dignity, and integrity, while maintaining a strong focus on the fiduciary stewardship of our shared investment. Managing 1,480+ homes and common areas across our multi-generational community is a big job for five directors and the management staff. We hope to offer residents more ways to get involved and participate in shaping the future of our community. We will soon be coming together as your new leadership team to establish a formal mission and strategic goals to guide the community into the future. We look forward to sharing regular updates as we work our way through this process and our regular Board activities.
