| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | NOVEMBER 2026 | 3 General Manager's Message There are no currently scheduled Board meetings for the month of November. If there is a need for a Board meeting, it will be sent out via E-Blast and listed on the Bulletin Board. Our Budget Committee should be wrapping up for our 2027 Budget. Please keep your eyes open for the Budget mailer to be sent out sometime this month or November for the membership. The Budget Packet will have all the relevant information regarding your association budget. The monthly dues for the Master Association (the whole community) is raising to $228 per month. The SBA (Legends) is raising to $60 per month. This means that if you are not living in the Legends, you pay $228 per month. If you are a resident of the Legends, you will pay $288 per month starting Jan. 1, 2027. Please ensure that if you have bill pay set up through ClickPay or your bank that you update the amount to ref lect the new amount starting Jan. 1, 2027. The Turf Removal Project has been completed, and we are waiting for the final inspection and approval from the water district to be able to get reimbursement from the project costs. Tracie Rodgers is celebrating her seventh year anniversary as our Activities Director. Tracie Rodgers has done and is doing a phenomenal job as our Activities Director. She works closely with all the clubs and the Social Committee to make sure events are fun and organized. She is also our calendar master and makes sure that all the 40+ clubs, fitness schedules, and 10+ committees have no overlap for space. If you've ever met her, you'd probably find that she is a lovely person to speak with and makes people feel heard and important. Please wish her a congratulations for the years of service she has given to this community and hopefully the many more to come! Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and holiday season!
