No library experience is necessary; some computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office, would be helpful. Just stop by the reception desk in the Main Clubhouse and pick up an application. We'd love to have you. We can also use more help with library volunteers. If you would like to help out in this area, please call Peggy Inman at 845-8609. Peggy would be happy to sign you up! We would like to once again thanks those who have so generously donated your gently used books to the libraries. We would appreciate any donation published in 2003 to the present. If you have a large number of books to donate, please call Ann Reese at 845-3775. She will notify our volunteers to be on the look out for these treasures. This month's book is And the Mountains Echoed, by Khaled Hosseini. Both uplifting and heartbreaking, the third novel from the author of The Kite Runner begins with a folk tale and then traverses continents and eras, examining war, separation, birth, death, deceit and love - ending on a message of hope. Another masterful work.
