Neighborhood Watch This is a very special time of the year and we want it to be a happy and safe time for you all. If you are out in the neighborhood shopping please be aware of those around you. Here are some useful tips to follow: • Make sure you lock your vehicles both when shopping and outside your home. • Put your parcels and packages out of site in the trunk of the car. • Walk briskly to and from the store. • Do not stay on your cell phone in the car park. Get in your car and move on. • Park your car in a lighted area if you are able. • Avoid people offering items for sale at extremely low prices. • If you see anyone behaving strangely or an unusual grouping of people be aware and if you see something say something. An update on the AB 109 Meeting concerning Public Safety in the San Gorgonio Pass and the impact on re-alignment in the county with the District Attorney and Sheriff of Riverside County and the Chief of Police for the City of Beaumont in November will be addressed in our January issue. Please mark your calendars for our Neighborhood Watch Meeting to be held on Jan. 8, at 10 am in the Ballroom.
