Performing Arts Club If you haven't already done so, now is the time to get down to the Lodge to pick up your tickets for the Holiday Show. They are going very fast, so run or drive, but don't walk… you might be disappointed if you can't get a ticket for your preferred evening. Don't forget, the tickets are for free, which is fabulous for getting to hear the ever improving choir, see the incredible Four Seasons' Line Dancers and then sit back to watch the "Seussified" version of A Christmas Carol. As a reminder, please bring jingle bells, keys, or any item that can make a jingly sound. We need your help in cooperation with a song the choir is singing. This is sure to be a hit for all ages. The Murder Mystery Dinner Theater has now been cast with a great well rounded group of actors. There are many characters in the play, but don't ask any of us who the murderer is… we don't know. We were all given scripts without the ending of the play attached, to keep us blabber mouths from telling even our closest of friends. From what I've read, it's a good script and worthy of your time and attendance. Starting in 2014, PAC, will be putting on some of the shows you have come to really enjoy and others you have yet to see. These will most likely be Friday night productions, due to the over crowding of our Four Season's event calendar by our many and growing number of Clubs and Committees and outside interests renting out the Ballroom. Everyone seems to be enjoying our Radio Shows, so expect more of those. In addition, there will be a PG 55+ Comedy Show (comedy with a rawer edge to it. Certainly not for everyone's taste, which is why we only have this every two years or so.). Plus, we are also going to try a comedy show, based on a family friendly show dating back to the 60s and 70s. This should be hysterically fun. With all we have going on, we are always looking for new talent. If you are interested in sharing your talents with the rest of your community, please let us know by filling out forms at the front desk or email Susan Youel or Sheldon Craig at syouel@ earthLink.net with your interest, recommendations, and/or ideas. ~ Teri Meyers-Kelman 32 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | DECEMBER 2013 | clubs & Groups Four Season Singers We hope you like our holiday songs for the musical section of the Holiday Show and we hope you like what we have prepared for the "everybody" sing-along portion. Bring your jingle bells, bell jewelry or just your car keys and come jingle a long with us! Grandkids wanted! We have worked very hard to learn this music – some of which was brand new to us all. We will be taking a break from January to March, 2014. Time now for us to enjoy our lives as we live in the place that's like cruising! Look for upcoming rehearsals in future editions of the Breeze.
