With water conservation being the topic of the day, plans for landscape changes might be on your mind. The installing or replacing of grass in the front yard with artificial turf must be approved by the ARC. We are currently reviewing the various types or styles of artificial turf in respect to color and the matching to natural turf. There are several companies that install artificial turf. Our Four Seasons office has identified a few and can share them with you. We will not recommend any one product; that remains the resident's choice. We will be putting a handout together that will identify turf, weight of turf, type of backing, warranty, installation method, and ground preparation. The ARC is here to guide you with your plans of landscape changes. Talk to Michelle in the office about your plans. Architectural Review Committee Save the Date! CINCO de MAYO FIESTA Sat., May 3, 5 to 9 PM We are planning a fun filled evening for your enjoyment! Food, Music, Dancing • BYOR • Details will be in the April Hemet Herald. See you all there!
