Fri., May 23, 9 am - 2 pm, Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room. Sun Lakes is hosting a blood drive to support Lifestream, which is a blood bank for the San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. The donated blood goes to local hospitals in our area such as Beaver Medical, San Gorgonio, and Loma Linda. Please help us on this day by donating blood. Our goal is to have 40 people donate! If you are interested please call the reception desk at 845-2191. If you register at least a week early, we'll be able to save classes that appear to have not met the minimum enrollment. In most cases, we'll also be able to add classes if we exceed the maximum enrollment provided a wait list has been established prior to the first class meeting. Class fees are determined by the number of participants enrolled in each class. For current fees, please contact the class instructor. Please remember: 1. Underage guest hours are from 10 am to 2 pm daily, with the exception of Memorial Day weekend (5/24, 5/25, 5/26), July 4th, and Labor Day weekend (8/30, 8/31, 9/1) where underage guests can stay from 10 am – 4 pm. Please respect the Lifeguard and Security Officers as they ask residents and their guests to vacate the pool at those times. 2. Anyone who has a district or club/group function can rent the covers for $2.50 each. Pick up the rental forms in the Recreation Office. hearing assisTance Devices: The Recreation Department would like to make sure all residents are aware we have hearing assistance devices for the Main Clubhouse Ballroom when large events are taking place. These hearing devices are wireless and connect to our sound system to enable you to hear more clearly. If you are attending a function in the Ballroom, and you think one would help you, please ask a staff member. Theses hearing assistance devices are not available in the North or South Clubhouses.
