Our monthly trip is always the
third Thursday of every month.
We meet in the north parking lot of
the Lodge at 8 am. In June we went
off-roading in Big Bear, specifically
the Holcomb Flats area. That
area was devastated by fire a few
years ago but it's showing signs of
recovery. It was a very pleasant 69
degrees. We enjoyed a picnic lunch
in a State campground. Anyone
who has a four-wheel drive vehicle
is welcome. Most of the trips are
on State service trails designated
as four-wheel drive. We do not do
extreme off-roading. If you do not
own a four-wheel drive vehicle,
you are more than welcome to
