I am a member of the Menifee/Sun City Women's Club and Chairman of our coupon program for military bases overseas. At this time I would like to thank all of the residents for collecting and saving manufactured coupons. I try to send two boxes per month to a different military base overseas. So far this year I have sent $268,481 worth of coupons. Our military families abroad do not have access to coupons. They are used at the commissaries, exchange or Px and they can use them up to 6 months past the expiration date overseas. I have received thank you letters from families and students saying how much they are appreciated and used. Many families are maintaining residency abroad while they still have homes here in the states. Once again I would like to thank you, the Menifee/Sun City Women's Club thanks you, and our military families abroad greatly appreciate the coupons and thank you for supporting them. ~ Beverly Cordonnier, Menifee/Sun City Women's Club A Quick Thank You… Please prepare your article for the Hemet Herald and get them to Louise Ceccarelli at lceccarelli@euclidmanagement.com or directly to the Hemet Herald at hemetherald@yahoo.com by 12 noon on the 10th of each month for the following month's issue.
