COMMUNITy NEWS | FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | OCTOBER 2014 11 Activities Director Corner By Cindy Graves, Activities Director the Hoa Garage Sale: The last day to sign up for participating in the Saturday, Oct. 11 Garage Sale is Monday, Oct. 6 . This will give us time to purchase the individual City permits as well as create the map that will have your garage sale on it. This will be given out at the gate and the sale will be open to the public. Sign ups are at the Lodge front desk and the participation fee is $10. radio Show: The Performing Arts Club will be doing a Live Radio Show performance for WFSB Radio on Friday, Oct. 10 at 6 pm. This will be held in the Ballroom and you are welcome to bring your dinner or favorite beverage in to see the show. This is a free event and everyone is welcome! craft Boutique: The Craft Boutique is coming soon! If you are interested in being a seller at the Boutique, you must attend the mandatory meeting at 6 pm on Wednesday, Oct. 15 in the Ballroom. This will cover our table lottery, our orientation and our fee acceptance ($5). Residents will have first pick at the lottery and sponsored outsiders after that. The actual Craft Boutique is on Saturday, Nov. 22 from 9 am to 2 pm. fear Seasons Presents: the Haunted mansion Ghoulish Gala. There are only 130 tickets available because of the venue configuration. This is going to be super fun, spooky and entertaining! There will be magic shows, several séance shows in a freaky room, fortune telling, a live band, dancing and a delicious dinner of meat loaf of unknown origin with gravy on the side, barbecued bat wings, monster mashed potatoes, several different salads, rolls, drinks and dessert. The price for all this crazy fun is only $25 each! The date is Saturday, Oct. 25. In theory, the last day to purchase tickets will be Saturday, Oct. 18. In reality, they will be all sold out by then. Veteran's Day is Nov. 11 and our Four Seasons Veterans are very important to us. Please meet us at 11 am by the Veterans Memorial Tree, off Four Seasons Circle going up the hill, next to the little stone fence that says "Highland Springs Trail." We will be having a little service to remember and thank those who have served our country. Refreshments and a Veteran's display will be at the Lodge immediately following.
