By using our dwellingLive website, you can set up your own account that will allow you to input those persons or regular service providers that you want to admit through our front gate to come to your home. This is the most efficient and preferred way to manage your visitors. Please DO NOT call the front gate house and ask the guard to do this for you. They have other priorities and cannot help you. If you need assistance, a Euclid Management staff member at the Lodge will gladly help you. Below are some step by step procedures to guide you through the website: First, using the internet, type in: https://community.dwellinglive. com/ and it will take you to a page that looks like this: Type in your email address in the box provided. Then type in your password. If you have forgotten your password, "click" on "Forgot Password?" That will take you to a page where you can enter your email address, and your password will be emailed to you. If you have never established your account with dwellingLIVE, please contact one of our Euclid Management staff for assistance. Once you have successfully logged into the dwellingLIVE website, you will see a page that looks like this: This is where you can create your own guest list by entering your approved guests. There are four options to "click" on; Add Guest, Add Party, Restrict Guest and Guest History. If you want to add a guest, "click" on Add Guest. A new screen appears where you can enter the guest's information and define this guest as a "temporary" or "permanent" guest. Then "click" on the "save" tab, and you will be returned to the previous page. Your guest should appear on the list. If you need to make any changes, simply "click" on the "Edit" tab and you will be returned to that page. Make your changes, "click" on "save" and you will be back on your guest list page again. Another valuable tool on this page is the "Restrict Guest" op- tion. This enables you to identify any person who you DO NOT want to have access through our gate. Simply "click" on the "Re- strict Guest" tab and complete the information as before, then "click" "save" and you will be returned to the Guest List page. If a person who has been restricted by you tries to obtain a guest pass at the front gate, the guard will see that you have restricted that person from visiting you, and thus deny access through the gate. When you are ready, there are other beneficial options you can use to enhance your account. You can enter your personal ve- hicles, pets, contact phone numbers, define how you want to be notified when a guest enters, etc. Once you get accustomed to using these features, you will learn to appreciate the benefits of our robust dwellingLIVE access control program.
