Upcoming Events 7 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | November 2014 | By Louise Ceccarelli Hello and Happy Fall! I hope you all enjoyed the Car Show & Street Fair on Oct. 25. I want to thank the group of people who volunteered their time to work with me on this event — to make it even bigger and better than last year! A BIG thank you to: Don Cato, Norman Boehm, Jim Stumpfel, Phyllis Stumpfel, Royce Jerman, Jeff Jerman, Margie Culton, John Tarabochia, George Doktorczyk, Nancy Hawkins, David Widmer, Carolyn Ashdown, Bill Ashdown, Barbara Kenyon, Carole Eshleman, Beau Day, Earl Irvine, Paul Barr, Sid Cohen, and Woody Lane. I would also like to say a special thank you to Mike Taylor, who donated his time to design the logo for our car show. If I forgot anyone, I sincerely apologize. Please know that I appreciate each and every one of you immensely for all you contributed to this event. To all the artists and crafters — thank you for adding a special element to the day-- allowing us to peruse and purchase your wares and enjoy your camaraderie in the tent and the ballroom. As this year progresses, we have more items to put on your calendar that you should not forget: thanksgiving Dinner by the Bistro on Thanksgiving Day — here is the perfect answer if you don't want to cook. Dec. 11: If you would like to help put up Hanukkah decorations in the Lobby, please check the calendar for start time or contact Joan Marcus at (951) 926-1908. Dec. 20: The NJ/NY Club is going BIG this year with their ChanuaMas party. Everyone is invited to attend. See the invitation under the NJ/NY club article in this magazine. Dec. 31: New Year's Eve Party…tickets are on sale now, so don't miss out.
