Before you submit plans to replace your lawn with rock, gravel, mulch, bark, or any other kind of ground cover see Michelle
Restie or call one of the ARC members for assistance. This can save you time and avoid frustration. The ARC has been
disapproving three out of four applications to replace a lawn, because there is an insufficient number of plants, bushes, or other
green living vegetation within the new ground cover. Also include the names and size (how big they spread) of the plants you
are installing. Plants that come in one-gallon or larger containers, mature quicker and look better.
Keep in mind that applications to modify your landscaping must be submitted no later than on Wednesday, the week before
the coming ARC meeting on the first or third Monday of each month.
All revisions must also include a Plot Plan. A sample Plot Plan is available at the Lodge Front Desk. If you have misplaced your
copy of the 2014 Rules and Regulations, you can also pick up a copy at the Lodge Front Desk.
