Upcoming Programs: Jan. 15 Windows Tips and Tricks for 2015: This month we are going to feature some of the best and most useful Windows 7 tweaks and tips-n-tricks which also work in Windows 8. Since Windows 8 is based on Windows 7, almost all Windows 7 tricks and guides work fine in Windows 8. Jan. 22 Computer Audio: What are the different audio file formats (MP3.WAV etc.), and how are these audio files stored and played on your computer. How to copy (RIP) files from a CD to your computer and how to copy (BURN) file from the computer to a CD or MP3 player. Visit our booth Sat., Jan. 17, from 9 am to 12 pm at Activities Day in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom. Bring your questions and concerns. Membership dues are $20 dollars per year per household. Dues are $15/year and will be collected at this meeting. Our guest speaker for the meeting will be Mary Hamlin, a past president of our club. She has been very successful in compiling a large data base of her ancestors and relatives that is quite impressive. Her topic is "My Journey Through Life Using Genealogy." Be sure and visit our table on the Activities Day Event on Sat., Jan. 17, from 9 am to 12 pm in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom and learn more about our club. We are the sum of all the people before us.
