General Meeting on Sun., Jan. 18, 2 pm at the South Clubhouse
With a new year beginning, this is a good time to think about
setting goals. If you have always wanted to try your hand at
watercolor, but lacked the necessary self-confidence, NOW is the time
to get serious! Suni has taught art classes 35 years, but still has an
enthusiastic approach to art and teaching. Come to the next General
Meeting when Suni will demonstrate watercolor painting. Check her
website: artwanted.com/suni. There will be opportunity to meet the
artist, receive a list of basic supplies that you will need, and sign up
for her class. The classes will be held in the art room of the Main
Clubhouse on each of the February Mondays, 9 am - 12 pm. Classes
will be small with lots of individual attention. For more information,

The mini-show winners at the November General Meeting were:
1st place: Judy Dexter; 2nd place: Judi Steenson; 3rd place: Jo
Taylor; Best of Show: Judi Steenson. The first, second and third place
winners were chosen by all those at the meeting. The Best of Show
was chosen by the demo artist at the meeting, David Fairrington.
All Sun Lakes residents are invited to join the Art League. The dues
