Let the "Walk Fit" Exercise Club be part of your new exercise plan. The class consists of six different Leslie Sansone "Walk Fit" dvd's. The routines are set to lively music and are easy to follow, no memorization required. A few of the routines incorporate resistance bands (not required). The class is one hour, but feel free to come and go to match your fitness level . If you can only join us one or two days a week, that is okay, too.
