The SASY Team extends New Year greetings again to
each of you. 2015 looms before us. We thank you for your
continued support of our program. We always like to remind
attendees that, if you don't continue with strength training,
you lose the benefits very quickly.
Benefits of Strength Training
There are numerous benefits to strength training
regularly, particularly as you grow older. It can be very
powerful in reducing the signs and symptoms of numerous
diseases and chronic conditions, among them:
• arthritis • obesity • diabetes
• back pain • osteoporosis • depression
SASY is a lot of fun and very social! We think this is why
it works… plus it's FREE! Start the New Year by resolving to
jump into strength training. We look forward to seeing you.
Join us in the Lodge Ballroom at 7:30 am every Tuesday
and Thursday.
If you have questions regarding this class, please call
Jeanne Lincoln at (951) 765-7112, Char Weakley at (951)
926-2599 or Joyce Kerns at (951) 325-8840.

Horseshoes
The Horseshoe Club is one of the new clubs for this
year and managed to organize just enough to have a little
fun. We think that more players will think about playing
when we tell them that even our ladies made three point
ringers using the ladies horseshoes which are lighter and
that everyone throws the shoes at the 27 foot foul line.
There will be a sign-up for those interested in playing
horseshoes again soon so look for more information in
the next issue of the Hemet Herald.
