6 | SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | FEBRUARY 2015 | COMMUNITY NEWS We would like to apologize for any confusion caused by including a new Resident Information Form in the December Lifestyles without a cover letter. To clarify, we would like you to bring the new Resident Information Form with you (filled out completely) when you come to exchange your old transponder for the new Sirit Headlamp Tag on your assigned month (please see below). If you have lost your form, we will have extra forms available. We would like to notify the community that we WILL NOT be conducting the transponder exchange on rainy days. The new Sirit Headlamp tags need to be applied to a dry surface, and we do not have the accommodations to make this happen. So, if it is raining on the day you were going to bring your vehicle in, please come on a different day. Transponder Exchange Schedule: Management has developed a schedule for residents to be able to exchange their transponders for the new headlamp stickers. The exchange will be completed, by specified districts, at the Administration office, Monday – Friday 8 am – 12 pm as indicated on the schedule below: Month Districts Feb. 2 – Feb. 27.. . .. . .. . 4,5,6 March 2 – March 31 .. . 7,8,9 April 1 – April 30 .. . .. . 10,11,12 May 1 – May 29 . . .. . .. . 13,14,15 (Offices closed May 25 for Memorial Day) June 1 – June 30 . .. . .. . 16,17,18 July 1 – July 31 .. . .. . .. . 19,20,21 Aug. 3 – Aug. 31 . .. . .. . 22,23 To keep all residents of a district from arriving on the same day, we would propose to have the following schedule: Week #1 in each month: Last name A-F Week #2 in each month: Last name G-L Week #3 in each month: Last name M-R Week #4 in each month: Last name S-Z If a resident arrives on their assigned month, on a week other than the one assigned, they will still be accommodated. If a resident is out of town during their assigned month, please come the following month. Please keep in mind that both the new and old vehicle access devices (transponders) will work on the new system. Residents that are not scheduled until later in the year will have no problem accessing the community. The old transponders will be deactivated on Dec. 31, 2015, so please ensure that you have switched your old device before that time. If, at any time, you have problems with the new or old transponder, please contact the administration receptionist. 2015 Transponder Exchange
