COMMUNITY NEWS | FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | FEBRUARY 2015 19 At our January meeting, a number of 2014 pending items were covered, including improvement and replacement projects in and around the Lodge. In this new year many projects will benefit the community. The Lodge is undergoing improvements and upgrades. The Landscape Architect is reviewing plans for improvement around the Lodge area. There have been bids submitted for fountain projects, water heater closet in the Bistro, Ballroom cabinet refinishing, pool renovation, exterior lighting, paddle tennis and court fencing. The Recreation Center North is under construction improvements at this time. The improvements are on time. This will add meeting rooms and management office space. The Summit (formerly Recreation Center Two) is nearing completion. This center will have a panoramic view and will add an indoor swimming pool and other exercise areas to our facilities. Community stop signs have been installed. These stop signs should improve safety for the community. The next meeting will be on Feb. 3 at 9 am at the Lodge. ~ Dennis Gray Safety & Facilities The Rules & Regulations Committee meets the second Tuesday of each month, at 9 am in the Lodge Conference Room and all residents are invited to attend the meeting. Should you have a question regarding a guideline, please contact a committee member for insight as to why the guideline was established, or bring your concern to a monthly meeting. When you attend a meeting, please observe guidelines established for this committee. Seating is available on the perimeter of the room. A sign in sheet will be distributed to document your attendance and the chair will ask the guest if they are observing the meeting or if they would like to speak to the committee. Our agenda allows for three minutes per person to address the committee. Once you have presented your concern, you are invited to observe the meeting. ~ Barbara Miller Rules & Regulations
