Team has a support format. That
means they work together for better
health and practical lifestyle changes.
Please join us! The program presentations are interesting
and full of healthy tips for cooking and eating. We share
our individual victories in weight loss and also some of the
struggles in trying to stay on track. All in all, we are succeeding
in becoming more aware that the trek is not an easy one, but
well worth it.
We meet every Wednesday at 9 am in the Multipurpose
Room.
