You've heard the expression, "if you don't use it – you lose it!"
This is true of any exercise routine. It must be continued. Even
a short time away from the strength training routines will have
you playing catch up.
The SASY routine focuses on 12 chair exercises to strengthen
arms, legs and torso. All are very simple. Attendees are
encouraged to do only what is comfortable for them.
We tell it like it is. SASY is a lot of fun and very social! We
think this is why it works! Come strength train with us. We look
forward to seeing you.
Join us in the Lodge Ballroom at 7:30 am every Tuesday and
Thursday.
If you have questions regarding this class, please call Jeanne
Lincoln at 765-7112, Char Weakley at 926-2599 or Joyce Kearns
at 325-8840.
