FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JULY 2015 13 Manager's Update By Jeri Mupo, General Manager TOWN HALL MEETING: There was a Town Hall meeting held on June 9 to present to the homeowners the possible renovations of the Lodge grounds. We had a wonderful turnout of more than 200 people! Len Tavernetti, Landscape Committee Chair, provided a wonderful power point presentation explaining the history of the Lodge grounds and how future renovations could proceed. This is a multi-year project and the Board is not planning on moving forward until we know more about what the upcoming Recreation Center 3 will provide the community. The video of Town Hall meeting and Len's presentation are both online on our website. HOME MAINTENANCE: For the last several months we have been giving homeowners courtesy notices through the Breeze and Board meetings recommending their homes be inspected to determine if the fascia, shutters, garage door, stucco, etc. require sprucing up. Site reviews have begun by the association and those homes that require maintenance will receive a letter requesting maintenance be completed. The Association spoke with the vendor that painted the Springdale homes and Lodge interior. They have agreed to provide a discount if more than five homeowners contract for services. If you are interested, please contact MC Painting at (760) 323-8010. WATER WASTE: In an ongoing effort to conserve our water resources, we are asking residents to check their irrigation timers for possible programming adjustments. We still have homeowners that are watering too many days and too long, causing water runoff into the streets. Thank you for your effort in conserving water! EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS: Over 190 homeowners have signed up to receive notifications (Email blasts) of community interest items. If you are interested in receiving the notifications, please log in to euclidmanagement. com and select "Email Notification Sign up https://www. euclidmanagement.com/images/Interior/Leaf.png " and follow the instructions. If you have any trouble or need assistance, please contact the management office.
