at the Yucaipa Certified Farmers Market monthly car show.
The car show is held on the fourth Friday of each month

Oldie but goodie!
Celebrities Sports Bar is open for business and celebrated
with a grand opening ribbon cutting event. Nadia Zahir cuts
the ribbon as husband Rubin and son, owner of Celebrities,
Max Zahir, look on. Chamber ambassadors along with city
and government officials were in attendance on June 25 to
welcome the new business to Yucaipa. Celebrities is located
at 12013 Fifth Street; contact them at 797-0900.
Yucaipa Animal Placement Society celebrated the
dedication of their new socialization area, a memorial
gazebo and sidewalk with a ribbon cutting event on June
20. Both mayor Denise Hoyt, holding her new YAPS rescue
puppy, and Councilman Dick Riddell spoke of the success
of YAPS having placed over 300 pets so far this year. There
was an emotional dedication of the Travis Tate memorial
gazebo with Travis' father cutting the ribbon.
