Your volunteer committee members continue to inspect the
community and review and assess needed updates and repairs.
New projects are continually being evaluated such as the Lodge
WiFi upgrade and replacement; the next phase of LED light
replacements; the Plaza remodel project; and expanding
security camera locations around the Lodge. We have received
approval for pool cushion replacement (as needed) as well as
Lodge and Spa building LED light replacement.
Some projects that have been completed recently include
wrought iron fence maintenance and the cleaning and
rearrangement of the fitness equipment.
The committee welcomed two new volunteer members
recently and we thank them for their time and commitment to
serving their community.
All residents are welcome to attend our meetings which are
held on the first and third Wednesdays of each month in the
Lodge conference room. Please check in at the front desk if you
plan to attend a meeting. As always we encourage participation
from all residents. Our goal is to continually find ways to
improve our community and thereby the lives of all residents.
