Manager's Update
loDGE AnD summit hours Just a reminder that the Lodge is open from 7 am to
9 pm daily and the Summit is open 9 am to 9 pm daily unless otherwise posted. Please do
not ask the Lodge Attendants for early entry or late stay. Thank you for your anticipated
cooperation!
WhErE to Go? The administration office is very excited to have completed the move
to the 1528 Building. As with all moves there are some adjustments that need to be made.
We are very happy to continue taking your landscape requests, suggestions, Rules Violation
Reports at the main Lodge; however, submission of Property Improvements Forms, New
Homeowner Orientation, purchase of fobs/transponders, and any other business related
matters are completed in the administration office.
AFtEr hour EmErGEnciEs If you notice any emergency issues after hours, please
contact Euclid Management Company at (909) 981-4131. There is a dedicated manager that
can assist you. An emergency can be simply defined as "fire, flood, or blood." In the result of
a fire or blood, contact 911 then contact Euclid Management Company.
DollArs & sEnsE At the Aug. 13 Board of Directors meeting, the Board approved the
following expenses:
• Seven committee tablets: $1,800
• Dewey Creek turf renovation: $1,358
• Lewis Creek/Four Seasons Circle turf renovation: $13,858
