25 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | December 2015 | Happy Holidays! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends. With more celebrations ahead, why not get a head start on your New Year Resolutions by adding some exercise to your schedule? It will help keep the extra holiday pounds off and relieve a little stress. Bring a friend and join us for a brisk walk in the comfort of the lodge ballroom. The "Walk Fit" Exercise Club offers you 180 minutes a week of low impact aerobic activity. You can tailor the class to your own needs and schedule. The full one hour class (three times a week) is a four mile walk, but you can join us for as much as will work for you. You can leave early or arrive later to shorten your walk. If you can only be there one or two days a week, that's okay too. New members are always welcome. Join us Mon., Wed. and Fri. from 7:45 to 8:45 am in the Lodge Ballroom (for the full hour). Both MEN and WOMEN are welcome. WE ARE FREE! For more information contact Karen Tuvim (951) 599-4236 or Kay Masonbrink (951) 223- 3047. Women In Touch (WIT) As many of you know, there is a very special group of ladies here in the community who have bonded together to form the WIT Team. This group of ladies all share a common bond… the loss of the love of their life. This group of ladies meets the first Monday of every month in the Bistro at 5 pm for dinner and lively conversation. After dinner, for those that are interested, we adjourn to the Craft Room for a couple of games of "nickels"… a fun, easy and fast moving game with a jackpot of nickels! This is your invitation to come join us and be a part of the WIT Team here at Four Seasons.
