| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | December 2015 | 26 Bocce Usually, the Bocce Club expresses their thanks to the many players who volunteered as Bocce has completed another season at the end of November. This year because of trying to stay away from most of the hot temperatures associated with the start of Bocce, we have gone a few weeks past our championship game. The championship game will consist of all teams interested in participating for that event. If your team thinks it cannot make the game scheduled for Dec. 6 with the first teams seeded beginning at 12 noon, please let Orville Ellingworth know before he begins to work out this task which takes patience and talent to organize all teams in this playoff match. He has earned the name of wizard because we always encounter small problems after the completion of the final schedule and he has moments to make changes to keep things going. Let's be easy on him this year. The Club wishes good luck to all the teams playing, we hope your team comes out a winner. For information contact Bocce Chairperson Ross Brunetto at 926- 8295. Shuffleboard Shuffleboard will be over by the time you read this article and we will not know which champion team prevails. We plan to promote their picture and article on the TV located near the Bistro as soon as we find out. We can only guess who that might be since most of our players have become experts playing Shuffleboard, and some are really tough to beat. Many of the players have played each year during our nine years as the Shuffleboard Club of Four Seasons Hemet. We have always said that anyone can play, the hardest part is walking out to the courts. We plan to have one day games and a barbecue during our off season. If you think you would enjoy a little extra activity after the holidays, please watch for information giving details of those events.
