They stopped working long enough to host a ribbon cutting event with chamber board of directors, ambassadors, government representative's, friends and family. Rosilicie Bogh, representative for Assemblyman Chad Mayes, congratulates the Ardelean's and presents them with a certificate for the opening of their new business. The Yucaipa Elks Lodge hosted a mixer to showcase their newly remodeled meeting room and to inform people about the many benevolent projects they undertake. The YHS Madrigals provided entertainment for the evening. There were finger foods and raffle prizes. This year the Yucaipa businesses nominated were: Jose's Mexican Food, Kopper Kettle Kafe and Wildwood Canyon Villa. These outstanding businesses were recognized with a luncheon and awards ceremony.
