8 | SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | MARCH 2016 | AGE SURVEY REQUIREMENT Residents who have lived in Sun Lakes Country Club for some time know that our community has to re-certify itself as a "55+ Senior Community" every two years. With this recertification, Sun Lakes Country Club needs to prove that 80% of the community is 55 years of age and older. Guess what?!?…. 2016 is the year! The age survey was included with your February Lifestyles, however if you need to pick up another copy it can be found in the administration office, the main clubhouse reception desk, or printed from our Sun Lakes website (www.sunlakescc.com). This piece of paper needs to be filled out for EACH person that lives in the home and returned to the Main Clubhouse reception desk or the administration office. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call the administration office at 769-6649. It is not our intention to be a pest with this age survey, but rather to ensure that Sun Lakes Country Club is able to retain its 55+ Senior Community designation if we were challenged. We thank all of the residents in advance for your time and effort in getting this document to us! ~ Administration Office MEET THE CANDIDATES FORUMS The Sun Lakes Country Club Homeowners Association Annual Meeting of the Membership and Election of Directors will be held on Wed., April 13, in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom.
