As we enter March with spring approaching, it is a great time to start an exercise program that will have you ready for warm weather activities. We tend to be less active in the cooler months and need to rebuild our strength, stamina and flexibility. The seven Leslie Sansone DVDs used in the "Walk Fit" Exercise Class are designed to do that and more. The routines are easy to follow and no memorizing is required. The Walk Fit Exercise Club offers you 180 minutes a week of low impact aerobic activity. You can tailor the class to your own needs and schedule. The full one hour class (three time a week) is a four mile walk, but you can join us for as much as will work for you. You can leave early or arrive later to shorten your walk. If you can only be there one or two days a week, that's okay too. New Members are always welcome. Both men and women are welcome. Class Schedule: Mon., Wed. and Fri. from 7:45 to 8:45 am. Location: Lodge Ballroom (for the full hour). Class is free. For more information contact: Karen Tuvim (951) 599-4236 or Kay Masonbrink (951) 223-3047.
