Swim Club
Our Water Aerobics Class continues to be a hit. The participants
have labeled themselves "Aqua-holics." Come, jump in and see if you
get hooked on it as well: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9 to 10 am - $6
per class.
Meet Ken Krueger who is new to our Village and the Swim Club.
Ken was a National Champion and All-American at the University
of Southern California. He taught Nutrition, Exercise and Health for
20 years at the college level and has been a United States and Swiss
National Team Nutritionist. He has worked with Olympians, anorexic
to obese people, and homemakers.

efficiency outweighs the lost time each day (because of a clearer mind
and stimulated body) – not counting that, one tends to get sick less

swims before a meal…" Stay tuned for more to come.

may swim daily during general pool play hours…11 am to 2 pm year
round. " One of our OHCC residents makes a big production of their
grandchildren turning five by buying new swim suits and towels for
the child to celebrate their gaining access to the pool. This author once
forgot and ran afoul of the rule — just a heads up for the rest of you.
