22 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | MAY 2016 Our Savior's Lutheran — ELCA • Food Pantry Mon., 9 - 11 am • 20 Self Help Groups • Synagogue 3rd Friday, 7 pm • Toddler Nite Wed., 6 pm • Worship 8 & 10:30 am • Hmong Christian Alliance: Sundays 1-4, Wed Nights 7 pm (951) 849-3343 1320 W. Williams, Banning oursaviorsbanningca.com It is spring time here at Four Seasons and our community is looking great. I want to recognize those who make this possible through the efforts of hard-working individuals and committee members. They volunteer their time and effort to make us proud of our community. I want to spotlight those who oversee the working force of people here at Four Seasons: Brad Alms; Guillermo Martinez, Project Manager; Jean Sandoval our Board Liaison; Jeff Jordan, our coordinator; and our great committee. This is your team. I am also proud to announce we added one new member to our committee and received several applications. This is exciting. If on a Friday or Monday morning you should notice a group of people walking down your street, it is not a tour group — it is your Landscape Committee members doing their weekly walk. They are checking up to make sure our community is clean, fit and trim. If you see them, come out and say hello — they would like to meet you. Our next Landscaping Committee meeting will be Monday, May 9 at 8 am. ~ Richard Hoffman Landscape Committee Architectural review Committee For the past couple of months, we have put considerable time and effort into modifying the Architectural Guidelines and some of the corresponding exhibits in parts 4 and 5, respectively, of the Community Guidelines. The intent has been to clarify the Architectural Guidelines and update them to current community values. Hopefully, these changes will eliminate some of the questions that homeowners have. Keeping Beaumont Four Seasons an attractive and desirable place to live is our objective. The proposed revised Guidelines are first reviewed by the Rules and Regulations Committee, then by the Board of Directors, and then sent to all homeowners for review and comment. This process usually takes a number of months before it is complete and the approved changes are published. In the meantime, if you are planning work on the exterior of your house or in your yard area, please review the current edition of the Guidelines and submit your application with the required attachments and pictures. We will soon have an opening on the ARC and if you are interested in how the committee functions please come to a meeting. To join the committee, please submit an application to FirstService Residential office. Homeowners are always welcome to attend our meetings and observe the committee at work. We meet the first and third Wednesday of the month at 8:30 am in the Boardroom. ~ Carl Buschmann
