| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | May 2016 | 5 Summer is approaching. With warmer weather, there will be an increase of younger guests at the pool during the noon to 5 pm time frame. The Board has budgeted pool monitoring services for seven days a week beginning Fri., May 27 and running through Labor Day weekend. The Board has contracted the services of our guard company, Allied Barton to monitor the pool area. Their presence helps ensure an enjoyable time at the pool for the residents. If you do bring guests with you to the pool, please remember that you have a responsibility to your fellow residents to monitor your guests and make sure they (as well as you) respect and follow the rules established by our Board of Directors. Please take the time to review the rules so you are familiar with them. From time to time I receive requests to write about important topics to ponder. Since I didn't receive any this month, I felt it necessary to include a topic that comes up on many occasions that concerns the appearance of our community grounds: This message is for those residents who choose to disregard the rules and either do not pick up their dog's droppings, or leave the bag for someone else to take care of. Please pick it up and take the bag home with you. You're going to end up there anyway. It's not part of the landscape contractor's scope of work to do your pet's clean up. As I'm writing this, the forecast is for rain this weekend, which is sorely needed. Our new landscape company, Artistic Maintenance, has just refreshed all of the flower beds at the Lodge while it was raining. That didn't stop them. Actually, one of the workers said this weather will help the plant take hold. The guys are doing a terrific job and we hear many positive comments from you folks which we pass along to their supervisor. On this upcoming Memorial Day, as we pause to remember the sacrifices that our Veterans have made, we would like to say thank you for your service to all of our resident veterans. We owe you a huge debt of gratitude for your service and for our country's freedom. May you and your family have a safe and peaceful Memorial Day. A Message From Your General Manager By Rick Ruth, CCAM
