6 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | May 2016 | A Note From Your Activities Director By Louise Ceccarelli We have had a busy first quarter of the year. As the photo below shows, the plaza is bustling with construction. At this writing, it is scheduled to be finished by the end of April. We are eager to get back out on the plaza for the upcoming music programs. I hope all of you who attended Across the Pond, the cabaret-style show, enjoyed the music and pictures - and a little touch of home for those of you from the UK. Our next Music on the Plaza will be outside on our newly renovated plaza. Tues., May 17 at 5 pm we will present Mrs. Jones' Revenge, an oldies rock and roll group that plays the best of over 40 bands. You won't want to miss this music. So get your tickets now. In June we will have Nitro Express back, with their country and rock 'n roll sounds. Those tickets go on sale May 18. All are just $5 per person. I would like to introduce you to our new Lodge Attendants, Marcus Allen and Julie Shutt, pictured below. Stop by the desk and say hello and welcome them to Four Seasons! The workshop was a really fun event with 13 people in attendance. Dr. Black (left) and her husband, who are both 20 year plus veterans (Navy-Air Force-National Guard), gave their combined demonstration of how to relax, destress yourself, and just let your artistic juices flow naturally through coloring. We had many positive comments after the event. Our thanks to both Dr. Black and her husband, Phil. Art Therapy Through Coloring
