| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | May 2016 | 7 It seems like only yesterday when the idea of bus excursions was introduced to our community. And here we are! Our first bus excursion is behind us and a long list of future trips is being prepared. For those of you who missed our introduction to Bus Excursions, we are a new program that offers you the ability to venture out of community with your neighbors. We offer bus trips that are exclusive to our community and seek new adventures of fun, while taking the worry of driving out of the equation. Our Activities Director Louise Ceccarelli and Diana O'Grady-Williams are a wonderful team, who ensure that every detail is thought out and planned for you. All you need to do is watch for announcements of trips being offered, select a trip that interests you, buy your ticket and come on board the bus excursions. It is a new opportunity to expand your horizons while enjoying the company of your neighbors. Our Santa Anita trip was a lot of fun! Our bus departed the Four Seasons with a full load on board. Our group of horse enthusiasts all boarded the bus and were busily reviewing and adjusting their already scoped out horse picks for the day. The bus was clean, new, comfortable and the driver exceptional. We did meet with an air conditioner that we soon discovered could be a bit colder for some then anticipated, so sweaters on board for future trips is always a good idea. Silver Lining Tours has upheld all they promised and we will continue our working relationship with this outstanding company. Lunch was delicious and the weather was exceptional, not only was there an abundance of laughter and bonding among neighbors, but a bus full of winners on the way home! Thanks to all who attended and we hope you will join us again for future excursions.
