| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | June 2016 | 7 "The people on the bus go round and round..." Well, we have been a busy group of day travelers! In April, we completed our second bus trip exclusive to our Four Season community. We spent a wonderful day at the Reagan Library with a buffet lunch all together under the wings of Air Force One. The trip was a long ride; it seems that Los Angeles gets farther away from us all, as traffic increases. Where do they put all those people? Thank goodness we didn't have to drive it. There were 109 of our neighbors who came along on this excursion. The tour guides at the Reagan Library were most informative and there was an abundant amount of information relayed. It certainly was nice to envelop in the Reagan times and to see firsthand some of the things that President Reagan delighted in. Jelly Bean jars were readily found around the library and we certainly all loved President Reagan in his younger movie star days! Yet, we all know his cherished possession was his "Nancy." It was such an honor to have the opportunity to visit the both of them, in their resting place. The day was beautiful and the setting, breathtaking. Our next excursion will be a much shorter bus ride! We will be boarding a luxurious private yacht to tour the San Diego Harbor while devouring a wonderful "white linens" Sunday Champagne brunch. It will be a wonderful day to experience the wind in your face, the beauty of San Diego Bay, sunshine, and fresh air! We will spend some time at Seaport Village, where you will have time to enjoy the quaint shops, the boardwalk or just sit and enjoy a glass of wine or ice cream! We know you will have a relaxing day, while you have ample time to savor in the beauty of San Diego. Diana and Louise spend a lot of time ensuring all the details are tended to for your enjoyment. We work diligently to put these trips together and we certainly hope you all had a great time and will continue to join us on our future excursions. There is nothing like spending time with neighbors and friends.
