We meet every 1st, 3rd, and (5th) Mondays of
the month at 1 pm in the Main Clubhouse Arts and
Crafts Room. All Sun Lake quilters are welcome, as
well as those interested in learning to quilt. Come
check us out. There are no club fees.
Show and share is always a treat and
inspirational. Please bring any spring quilts,
blocks, or any others quilt items you want to share.
Bring in your sewing machines, hand sewing,
or whatever UFO you would like to work on.
Suggestions for projects or demos are always
welcome. We have the room until 5 pm so there is
plenty of time to set up and get some things done.

Sun Lakes Quilters
Summer is here. Tuesday afternoons in the Arts and Crafts Room is a good way
to beat the heat! If you can cut, trace, stuff, sew or sort through donated items then
this is the place to pass a couple hours a week. We can always put you to work doing
something, while you visit with a great group of ladies. It is such a worthy group who
give of their time to make all the items we give away to the hospitals and groups that
work with children as well as items for cancer patients, our veterans and retirement
homes. Any items we cannot use, we pass on to the Banning School district and also
Pass Resource Center in Beaumont. As in our last article we can always use yarn.
Please leave your donations in the Arts and Crafts Room anytime, and know that we
will find a home for all of it. If you leave your name and address with your donation.
