FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JULY 2016 5 By Jeri Mupo, General Manager MANAGER'S REPORT GUEST POLICY The community facilities are a great location to bring your friends and family for fun and relaxation. Please remember it is your responsibility to sign your guests in at the front desk. As the sponsoring resident you must remain with your guests at all times. Thank you for your cooperation. NEIGHBORLY NOTE It has been noted that cars and trucks are parking in a way that is obstructing the community sidewalks. Many people are not pulling up fully to the garage which is causing bumpers, hitches, and sometimes half of the vehicle to block the sidewalks. This requires pedestrians to step into the street, causing an unsafe situation. OPEN HOUSE SIGNS For those homeowners that will be holding an open house please remind your sales agent that only one open house and one directional sign may be placed in the common area with prior notification to the management office. At this time, signs may not be placed in the traffic circles. Flyers that include directions may be left with the gate attendant for distribution to prospective buyers. COMMUNITY WALKERS During the month of June we have had two separate incidents where vehicles have veered off of Four Seasons Circle and hit an irrigation box, trees, and a fire hydrant. For your safety we ask that you walk on the sidewalk and be visible and vigilant at all times. HOMEOWNER SUGGESTIONS For the last six months or so the homeowner suggestions have gained popularity and increased the size of the report substantially. Due to the size restrictions for the Breeze we will be moving the document to the website. Eric Zarr and I have reviewed the homeowner suggestion report and have decided to update the format to ensure that we are providing a comprehensive document and complete information. We will be providing more information and updates as they become available. DOLLARS & SENSE At the June 9 Board of Directors meeting, the Board approved the following expenses: • Common area and front yard cost center tree trimming (Brad Alms area): $86,970 • Annual color installation: $3,300 • Rock installation around Summit spa pool: $3,325 • Springdale bench concrete pad installation: $1,500
